在弱酸性条件下，游离脂肪酸与铜盐反应生成铜皂，在715 nm处有特征吸收峰，在一定范围内游离脂肪酸含量与显色程度呈线性关系，可计算出游离脂肪酸的含量。

问: 这个是否有检测血浆的方法呢，比如抽提时间是否也是一样，样本量大概需要多少呢

回答: 这个试剂盒不适用于血浆样本，检测血浆样本推荐货号为E-BC-K013-S的试剂盒，处理方法参考该说明书中血清样本。
