| 产品简介 | Triton X-100(聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚) 是一种非离子型表面活性剂（或称去污剂）。分子量为646.86（C34H62O11）。它能溶解脂质，以增加细胞膜对抗体的通透性。
免疫细胞化学中Triton X-100常用浓度为1%和0.3%，其中1%的Triton X-100常用于漂洗组织标本，0.3%的Triton X-100则常用于稀释血清，0.1%的Triton X-100常用于LAMP（环介导等温扩增），配制BSA等。 通常是先配制成30%的Triton X-100储备液，临用时稀释至所需浓度。 |
