| Background | Stathmin是一种广泛存在的细胞质磷酸蛋白，有在细胞内中转整合细胞环境中控制信号的作用。它标记的蛋白使微管不稳定，与微管系统的控制有关。它避免微管的聚合，促进微管的解聚。Stathmin过表达会增强微管的解聚合作用。Stathmin表达会伴随肺癌细胞对长春地辛的敏感性，并将成为肺癌的长春碱化疗敏感性的替代标记。对紫杉醇具有耐受性的白血病细胞的Stathmin反 义抑制会增加其对化疗的敏感性。研究显示，NSCLC对长春瑞滨/顺铂的反应会受到Stathmin表 达的破坏，低表达Stathmin的患者比高表达Stathmin的预后好。 |
