以辅酶I为递氢体，LDH催化乳酸产生丙酮酸，丙酮酸与2,4-二硝基苯肼作用生成丙酮酸二硝基苯腙，后者在碱性溶液中呈棕红色，颜色的深浅与丙酮酸的浓度呈正比，通过测定OD值，可计算LDH的活力。

Q2:试剂盒反应体系的总体积是325μL，酶标板是否可以装的下，会不会溢出？
使用试剂盒中配套的酶标板，是可以装下不会溢出的。不同厂家的酶标板孔最大容积可能存在微小差异，若换用其他的酶标板，有可能出现溢出的情况。
